Our client, a leader
in the insurance industry, located in Toronto has an immediate opening
for a blingual (french and english) with 2-3 years exp in the financial
services or mutual funds industry to join its team.
Responsibilities include:Develop and maintain
relationships with Dealership back offices through response to inquiries,
project management, problem resolution, and face to face meetings.
Also, they are required to work interdepartmentally to ensure a
seamless operations team;Answer questions related to our products,
and their administration;Create and maintain an active professional
business relationship with dealer back offices;Research and respond
to issues and escalated issues;Assist with on going training for
new members of the Dealer Services Team;Translation of financial
and non financial documents for the administration team;Observe
the phone queue responding to English and French calls regarding,
policies, procedure, products and specific issues such as trades
and payment;To prepare and assist with accurate reporting to all
internal and external clients;Processing non financial transactions
and updates;To support and assist other members of the Dealer Services
to provide a cohesive and unified team.
Qualifications:Excellent communicate skills in
French and English (verbal and written);Service Experience;Successful
completion of IFIC Operations and/or Canadian Securities Course;Strong
Customer Focus;Excellent Time Management and Organizational Skills;MS
Office Applications;MS Excel, functions, and formulas;Industry and
Investment Product knowledge and Experience (Mutual Fund Experience
Preferred);Minimum 2-3 years experience in the financial services
industry, mutual funds industry or related business;Ability to work
on a team and independently;Self-Motivator;FundSERV, IFAST BASE,
Desktop, and Cognos;Post Secondary Education Preferred.
Special Conditions : Overtime may be required
